“Aaron did a complete remodel of 50 yo 1bdrm/1bath condo in Dillon that was damaged due to flooding. I live out of state and we worked remotely for the entire project. He was given a set of keys to the condo and he kept in contact giving me updates, discussing issues and seeking input from me with regular phone calls, emails, and text messages. Aaron has an excellent work ethic, is trust worthy and honest. Cost estimates were accurate. Aaron is an excellent carpenter, handyman and painter. He has Summit County vendors he works with on a regular basis and we sourced all materials locally. In addition, he has good network of trade subcontractors in Summit County for any work he cannot do himself (electrical, plumbing, etc.) which he closely supervised. His attention to detail was excellent and I valued his opinion throughout the entire reno project. I would not hesitate to call him again should the need arise. Total project cost: $75,000 - $100,000”
“Aaron was wonderful to work with! I approached him about a bathroom remodel after a friend recommended him. He was able to meet and get us an estimate quickly. This was a pretty basic same-for-same remodel and I planned to source most of the materials myself. We were aiming to take a 1980 cabin bathroom into 2022 on a limited budget. Aaron made helpful design suggestions, helped me weigh cost effectiveness, and suggested sources for various fixtures. He responded quickly to my questions and was able to start the work less than 2 months later.
