“Aaron was wonderful to work with! I approached him about a bathroom remodel after a friend recommended him.  He was able to meet and get us an estimate quickly. This was a pretty basic same-for-same remodel and I planned to source most of the materials myself.  We were aiming to take a 1980 cabin bathroom into 2022 on a limited budget. About the Founder

Aaron Stewart began working for his family’s construction business in Illinois in 2004. The Colorado mountains drew him to the Frisco area, where he began Summit Home Repairs in 2021. He has since provided the mountain community with quality craftsmanship and dependable service.

Summit Home Management was founded in 2024 with one goal in mind. We’re here to serve as a one-stop shop for property owners to receive comprehensive home care through property checks, repairs, maintenance, and renovation services.
